2. Can you customize the line according to my product and carton specs?

Absolutely. Customization is our core advantage. We tailor the line's packing speed, clamping mechanism, conveying path, and carton adaptability based on your product dimensions/weight, carton type/size, and production demand. We also provide free layout design and simulated testing before production.

3. How long is the delivery time?

Based on machine difference, the production time is different. Such as case erector, case sealer, cobot palletizer etc standard machines, we have most spare parts in stock, so we can finish machine production in short time about 10-20days. But for case packer, packaging line machines , mostly are customized design, they will need longer time for designing, spare parts ordering, and assembling, testing etc. Normally need about 40-60days to finish your order.

4. What is the warranty period, and what does it cover?

 The standard warranty is 1 year, covering all components (PLC, servo motors, sensors, etc.) . You can choose to extend it to 3 years with extra cost by actual . Note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper operation or natural disasters.

5. Can I visit your factory or see the equipment in operation?
Yes, we welcome factory visits (located in Zhengzhou, China)—please inform us 1 week in advance to arrange a live demo with equipment running. If you can't visit in person, we can send a real-time video of your customized line's test run or share case videos of similar projects.

6. Do you provide installation and training services?
Yes, for all customized lines, our professional engineers will go to your factory for on-site installation, commissioning, and training. The training includes equipment operation, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting—ensuring your team can use the line proficiently within 3-5 days.
