         Drop Load Wraparound Case Packer        

     A wraparound case packer is an advanced packaging system designed for high-volume production lines. Its primary function is to automatically collate multiple primary packages (e.g., beverage bottles, food cans, jars) into a predetermined pattern and then encase them with a single sheet of corrugated or cardboard material.
   The key difference of this machine is its "wraparound" process: it forms the package around the products rather than loading the products into a pre-erected case. This method offers significant advantages in terms of material savings, operational efficiency, and flexibility.

       How Does It Work?       

The operation of a wraparound case packer can be broken down into four main stages:

Product Grouping & Infeed

Blank Feeding

Products are conveyed into the machine and grouped into the desired pack pattern (e.g., 4x6 for cans)

A flat cardboard blank is picked from a magazine and placed onto the forming section.

Wrapping & Forming

Hot Melt GLue Sealing

The product group is Falled off the laid-out blank. Mechanical fingers and plates then fold the blank upwards and around the product group, forming the sides of the case.

The flaps of the case are sealed using hot melt adhesive, tape, or mechanical locking tabs, creating a rigid and
 secure finished package ready for palletizing.
